With 2014 comes a fresh start for potential university students looking to shape their futures or pursue their dream job. In 2014 Macquarie University will be celebrating its 50th year of helping its 38, 000 present and more than 100,000 past students achieve just that.

Info Day, to be held on Friday 3 January 2014 on campus, offers interested students the opportunity to learn about Macquarie University’s world-class degrees and real-world approaches to learning, as well as available facilities and insights into its vibrant campus life.

Whether you're considering undergraduate or postgraduate study, Info Day is designed to assist you with your preferences. University staff will be on hand to describe how each course builds towards a rewarding career, and academic advisers will explain options and alternatives so you can make a fully informed decision. Learn more about:

• academic advice and course information
• bonus points
• scholarships
• accommodation and colleges
• campus facilities for study and play.

Also, for those who did not achieve their target ATAR, or are not straight out of high school, information is available on alternative pathways to study.

International students visiting on Info Day can ask Macquarie International any questions about admission, transport services, working in Australia, orientation activities and more.

Info Day also provides information about the Professional and Community Engagement (PACE) initiative, Macquarie's student exchange program or unique Global Leadership Program – not to mention a free BBQ breakfast from 9am.

For more information, or if you can't make it on the day, visit the Macquarie University Info Day website: www.infoday.mq.edu.au
